S1E2 Racing the Clock

Megabyte tricks Enzo into delivering a dangerous delete command to Hexadecimal. By the time Enzo realizes his mistake, the unknowing Bob is trapped inside a Formula 1 game with the command about to go off any millisecond.

Thwarting a plan by Megabyte to create a portal, Bob retrieves a dangerous magnet which puts Dot's life in danger.

Disguised as an upgrade, Megabyte enters Mainframe's core control chamber. He badly hurts Phong and initiates an Erase Command that almost destroys the System, only to be thwarted by Bob exploiting his greed.

A code master from the Net is searching Mainframe for a code master by the name of Tallon. It seems crotchety old Mr.Pearson might have some information to share.
S2E3 When Games Collide

Megabyte's attempt to siphon energy from Mainframe causes two game cubes to overlap and trap him and Bob together to fight the User.
S2E4 Bad Bob

Megabyte's continued attempts to steal Mainframe's energy lands Bob and Enzo in a corrupted Mad Max gamecube. With all of Mainframe's energy at risk for nullification, Bob must keep both the Users and the sprites from winning the game.
S2E5 Painted Windows

Hexadecimal breaks into the Principal Office Archives and tampers with the paint program, using all of Mainframe as her canvas.
S2E6 AndrAIa

With no other young sprites in Mainframe, Enzo is lonely. When an aquatic game drops on the diner, Enzo makes friends with a game sprite named AndrAla.
S2E7 NullZilla

Something horrible comes through Hexadecimal's looking glass, mutating her into a black supervirus. The nulls launch an offensive on her, creating a gigantic null monster.
S2E8 Gigabyte*

The entity that came through the looking glass attacks and corrupts Megabyte, who then merges with Hexadecimal, transforming the two of them into Gigabyte, the next generation of virus.
S2E9 Trust No One

Bob is on the case when a string of abductions claim Al's waiter and Dot. Special CGI agents Fax Modem and Data Nully arrive to investigate.
S2E10 Web World Wars*

A portal to the Web hovers over Mainframe, and its citizens must prepare for war. Due to the situation Bob gives Enzo a commission as a cadet guardian. Megabyte and Hexadecimal join the battle, but they have a secret ulterior motive.

S3E1 To Mend and Defend*

The group take refuge in the Principal Office, fending off Megabyte and Hexadecimal's onslaught on the city. A game cube inadvertently interrupts the attack. Enzo, unable to resist his Guardian protocol, enters the Evil Dead inspired game.
S3E2 Between a Raccoon and a Hard Place

Phong convinces Dot that in order to give the citizens of Mainframe something to believe in, Enzo must face the User in a game alone as their Guardian.
S3E3 Firewall*

In his quest for dominance, Megabyte continues his propaganda campaign against Enzo and those that remain in the Principal Office while the rest of Megaframe is defenseless against the destruction.
S3E4 Game Over

Megabyte uses Hexadecimal's viral energy to penetrate the firewall. Enzo, AndrAla and Frisket enter a game they cannot win.
S3E5 Icons

Matrix and AndrAla ride a game into a ravaged system, recruiting a group of brave sprites to train in game play.
S3E6 Where No Sprite Has Gone Before

AndrAla and Matrix find their way into a system run by a group of Superguardians who were once spectrals whose leader bears a striking resemblance to Bob.
S3E7 Number 7*

Matrix is ready to give up his search for Mainframe when it seems he's found it in the form of a game. When AndrAla and Matrix reboot, they take the form of Megabyte and Hexadecimal. The goal of the game: find number one.
S3E8 The Episode with No Name*

Matrix and AndrAla finally land in a system that has ports to the Net, Matrix meets Guardian Turbo, who explains that a dangerous virus named Daemon has infected all Guardians save for Bob and Matrix.
S3E9 Return of The Crimson Binome

Of all the bars in all the Web, Captain Capacitor walks into the one Matrix and AndrAla are hiding out in. With the help of Web surfer Ray Tracer, they set sail for the Edge of Beyond.
S3E10 The Edge of Beyond

While The Saucy Mare sails through the Edge of Beyond, AndrAla is bitten by a Web creature that steals her energy. Matrix must learn to trust Ray to save her.
S3E11 Web Riders on the Storm

While hunting for the Web creature that bit AndrAla, The Saucy Mare engages in a full-blown battle with a swarm of the monsters. Just when it looks as though all hope is lost for the crew, a new protector arrives.
S3E12 Mousetrap*

Having achieved their mission to find Bob, Matrix, AndrAla and the crew of The Saucy Mare set course for Mainframe.
S3E13 Megaframe

Glitch Bob, Matrix, AndrAIa and the Software Pirates return from the Web to find Mainframe devastated by a war between Megabyte, Hexadecimal and the Mainframe resistance.
S3E14 Showdown

The Mainframe resistance devises a plan to take back the Principal Office. Matrix alone faces Megabyte, who is trying to access the Web. Meanwhile, Glitch Bob gets tied up with Hexadecimal.
S3E15 System Crash

In an attempt to save Mainframe from complete system shutdown, the sectors must be powered down. Glitch Bob enters the core to keep the Principal Office online. Tears begin opening all over the city, releasing saved Users from past games.
S3E16 End Prog

The remaining inhabitants of Mainframe have survived Megabyte's bane, but the system is destroyed and dying. As their final hope they must cause a full system crash to spur the User to perform a restart.

Season 4 Episode 1-8

S4E1 Daemon Rising

The forces of Daemon have infected most of the net, and begin to invade Mainframe. Hexadecimal seals the system but at a certain cost.
S4E2 Cross Nodes

Daemon continues to plan in order to retrieve Bob, who could help her infect the entire net. Matrix comes across a fully infected Turbo, and Hexadecimal experiences a certain change.
S4E3 What's Love Got to Do with It?

Matrix and Mouse plan to stop Daemon after AndrAIa is infected by her. Meanwhile, Dot tries to get Hexadecimal to bring back her father. Bob attempts to cure Turbo but his code doesn't work.
S4E4 Sacrifice

With Matrix, AndrAIa and Mouse converted, Daemon travels to Mainframe herself to complete her plans. Enzo finds himself the only one who can turn the tide, until Hexadecimal gets power from Mainframes core.
S4E5 My Two Bobs

With the Daemon threat gone, a second Bob appears in Mainframe, leaving Dot with a difficult decision as to which one to marry. Meanwhile Matrix and "New Bob" deal with a game as "Glitch Bob" questions if he is in fact a copy.
S4E6 Life's a Glitch

"Glitch-Bob" thinks about separating Glitch from himself to return to his normal self. Matrix, AndrAIa, Enzo, Phong, and "New Bob" deal with a game that has a familiar User.
S4E7 Null-Bot of the Bride

With "Glitch-Bob" incapacitated in the Supercomputer, Dot decides to marry the new Bob, but as "Glitch-Bob" regains his health and original form, the new arrival is revealed to be a disguised Megabyte.
S4E8 Crouching Binome, Hidden Virus

With Megabyte now a shape-shifting Trojan horse virus, Bob, Dot and the others attempt to track him down and capture him. Megabyte tricks them and seizes control of the Principal Office, and swears revenge in the form of a Predatory Hunt.
